General
Jerome has collaborated and created many live bands, during his music steps, where he fronted as a vocalist. He started with school bands like Full Moon and Sky High which were combining all kind of music elements from rock to Ska, reggae, and funk. But in the end his love for hip hop prevailed.
In 2001 he attempts his first solo effort. He worked his way up with collaborations such as Low Gravity where he generated a different musical style combining progressive rock with soulful vocals and Low Bap Foundation later this year. The turning point of his career was the same year when he co-founded Aki Nincs, a hip-hop group that used Greek lyrics. Jerome started producing beats and breaks in a unique, at the time way, by using guitar for the first time in the Greek hip-hop songs.
In 2002 Jerome becomes a member of So …Addictive group, where he meets his music partner, producer Makiese a.k.a The Trackstar. The group is having great shows under its belt such as opening acts for Macy Grey, the Fun Lovin’ Criminals and in 2005 and 2006 headlining a New Year’s Eve concert in Nicosia, Cyprus in front of 3000 people. The duo Jerome-Makiese founded the BlackSouEase Inc. in 2006. One of Jerome’s highlight was when in 2006 he hosted the Urban Athens Festival headlined by Busta Rhymes. In 2007 he was a guest star on the Miss & Mister Africa Hellas 2007 Beauty Pageant.

As a Dj

His current residency is every Thursday at Folie Club where he introduced the ‘Rhythm and Business Parties’ for the second conceptual year. His set is a mixture of world wide hip hop with a selection of new bumping cuts. Jerome manages to combine rare grooves with old school flavours and mashes them all up in his own unique style. The party presents a live performance act by Tb Law who was also featured in Pole Position, Jerome’s debut album.
Going back to the days, he started playing music in a young age mostly at house and school parties where he always managed to introduce new sounds. In 2002-03 he was resident at Soul Stereo along with his band So…addictive, where he received very good critics and along with his crew became very popular in Athens. He established his presence with one-off parties in many well known Athenian dance stages such as Danza, Celebre, Unique and Interni where he made guest appearances for Magna. One-off shows continued, as the demand increased, in Greek islands such as Myconos (SPACE), Crete (DESTILJ, COSTA-COSTA) Chania , Rethymno (ADO), and Malia (PAPRIKA).
